Thank you for your interest in buying tickets for the upcoming Immersed Europe conference scheduled to take place September 3-4 in Murcia, Spain.
Spain has unique tax laws pertaining to IVA (VAT), and additional steps were needed so we can honor these requirements. The Immersive Technology Alliance has arranged for Noved Partner SLL to act as a qualified third party to receive these transactions on the alliance’s behalf so the tickets could be properly sold. If their name appears on your final invoice or billing, this is why.
The Early Bird discount tickets are SOLD OUT. We have a limited discount code that takes 75 € off the full rate (“ImmerseMeEurope“), and our media partners will be offering alternative discount programs as well – watch for them!
We are pleased to offer a new registration option! A limited number of full access passes for the September 4 sessions, meals, and exhibits is available for 199 € plus fees and taxes. This does NOT give access to the September 3rd day or sessions. The two full days of Immersed Europe can be had for 150 € more (349 € plus fees & taxes) when an applicable discount code is applied. Codes can be found through our media and organizational partners.
